Chapter 2 - In the Wind
I am the daughter of a tall, strong tree. My timber forms a ship, but it is anchorless, flagless . . . if in doubt, always endure alone.

Just an unsuspecting college sophomore who's world is about to come crashing down around them ... again.

The infamous FitBit ...

Time to clean out the childhood bedroom.

Bringing furniture to my aunt's house.

Moving into my new room.

The room I stayed in for the next 3 months during the height of COVID.

Classes are on Zoom now!

I developed a puzzling addiction while in quarantine ...

Drove back and forth from my aunt's to home getting my old home ready to sell. This was our family room.

My childhood kitchen.

The front room.

The dining room.

Our house was old, which meant it had cool little architecture pieces, like this mosaic wall!

We carved our names into the attic to say goodbye.

The inside of the POD I rented to stay in my aunt's driveway. Eventually the entire thing was filled and I sorted through it alone until my sister joined me halfway through the summer.

Celebrating my 20th birthday! ... from 6 feet away.

Continuing to sort things from my friend's home.

Masks became the new normal.
