  • This session works like consulting an oracle. I will open your Akashic Records and answer any questions that you ask. You can choose for me to spend the full hour in your records, or a half hour and coach for the remaining time to integrate what is revealed.

    The Akashic Records are a library of energy containing soul information across past, present, and future timelines. This is a reading to discover the information that will best aid your path and spiritual growth to guide you towards your highest expressed timeline and potential.

    Types of questions can include but are not limited to: questions around purpose, repeating life lessons, soul lessons with other individuals, energetic dynamics and attachments, dreams, past lives, soul contracts, spiritual meaning behind certain situations, guidance for physical and mental wellbeing, etc.

    The phrasing of questions will aid in your ability to access information. Avoid questions about what you “should” do, and instead, shift your questions to always align to your highest path. For example, “Should I leave my relationship?” becomes “Is my relationship currently aligned with my highest good? And if not what shift is needed?”

  • When we experience difficult or negative events, parts of our consciousness can become lost in that memory. We lose a part of ourselves and never fully move forward. This also happens more intensely in situations of a traumatic event, and is a psychological phenomenon known as “arrested development.” You may feel like you never fully grew up past the age that a traumatic event happened. When parts of our consciousness are trapped in the past, we begin to lose parts of our authentic self.

    This occurred for me, with different parts of my consciousness trapped at different ages in difficult memories—most notably my 18 year-old self, trapped in the hospital waiting room, not ready to watch my mom die. Retrieving this part of my consciousness was some of the most difficult emotional work I have had to do, and has provided me with the capacity to guide others through their own underworld.

    In this session I bring you into a meditative state, find the “trigger point” to access the trapped part of your consciousness, and guide you through an integrative experience to bring this part of your subconscious back to the rest of your mind.

  • I am a certified coach and hold a deep respect for this line of work as it truly is my calling. Within my coaching I use an intuitive approach, building personal strategies tailored specifically to the individual based on their needs.

    My gift across many fields is pattern recognition and systems-based thinking, especially in the realm of the subconscious mind. Backed with this gift, I have an uncanny ability to meet a client, hear where they want to go, pinpoint the subconscious patterning holding them back, and build the exact blueprint to train their subconscious to get there.

    All strategies I use within my coaching are my own mental frameworks built through years of identity work, neurodivergent discovery, and spiritual growth. Everything I preach comes on the back of proven lived experience.

    As someone from a background of severe trauma, years of depression and anxiety, difficulties due to autism ADHD and lack of support, imposter syndrome, burnout, chronic illness, a crippling fear of speaking and being seen, etc., I am living proof that your past never has to define you and your identity and energy is completely malleable.

    While I have the ability to guide people through all walks of life, if you are autistic, ADHD, or twice exceptional (meaning neurodivergent AND gifted or high IQ), it is especially crucial to have a mentor that understands that unique lived experience which requires specifically tailored coaching strategies, and you will find your home here.

  • Long-term coaching clients are accepted through invitation only. All clients must begin by scheduling this first 1:1 session. At the end of the call, if the energy aligns on both sides, we will then discuss longer-term options. My long-term clients begin with a minimum contract of 3 months, to create a container for us to build trust and the client to transform and thrive.

    My long-term coaching is an intuitive approach specifically tailored for each client, and integrates my other types of sessions—psychic reading and consciousness retrieval—when needed.

    To respect the energy I put into preparing for client calls, a client can book this single-purchase session a maximum of 3 times before the requirement of committing to a longer-term contract.
